It has been reported that the Justice Minister Claire Sugden has taken on board, the advice from a number of senior legal figures, including the Lord Chief Justice Sir Declan Morgan, that her predecessor, David Ford’s decision to close 6 Courts throughout the Province could have a seriously detrimental effect on the NI Courts Service’s ability to administer justice if the 6 locations stopped hearing cases. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-37768133
