750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run
John McShane, partner of the firm and head of the employment department, took part in a triathlon in aid of charity. The Carrickfergus Castle Triathalon consists of a 750m sea swim, a 20km cycle and ends with a 5km run. John undertook a rigorous training regime for several months whilst raising funds and awareness for Marie Curie.
The charity provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness and their families. Each year, they care for over 40,000 people across the UK. You can learn more about Marie Curie’s activities in Northern Ireland, or donate to them, by visiting mariecurie.org.uk.
