John McShane, partner of the firm and head of the employment department, took part in a triathlon in aid of charity. The Carrickfergus Castle Triathalon consists of a 750m sea swim, a 20km cycle and ends with a 5km run. John undertook a rigorous training regime for several months whilst raising funds and awareness for Marie Curie.
