MTB’s staff and partners enjoy BSA Gala Dinner
The magnificent setting of the fantastic Titanic building was the setting for the Belfast Solicitors Association gala dinner. The drinks reception on the sixth floor offered views of Belfast Lough and the Titanic slipways as well as Black Mountain, Divis Mountain and Cave Hill. The visiting guests and heads of Solicitors’ Associations from Dublin, Mayo and Liverpool were very impressed with the location and the anecdote that Cave Hill was the inspiration for Jonathan Swift’s Guilliver’s Travels with the outline representing the sleeping giant.
The nominated charity for the BSA is NI Chest Heart & Stroke and over £3,000 was raised on the night for the charity. After the raffle and the charity auction the guests danced the night away to the music provided by the Booze Brothers. A great night for a great cause!
